From HARMONY-IN-BLACK

Maladjustment

Childlike    hiding behind the curtain but

Then it was never for long    the moon

now  out of the treetops had less to say

For itself than usual    I could say how

easy it was    to hurt or how perfect the

Memory for things that burned    but it

was only a print-out we were given    a

Colder or softer texture can’t be found

Desirable Element

The last house has it all to do still I’m

Glad the lawn’s so green    a shot of

coffee in the sun reminds me what’s in

Store when the sky sees fit    what’s

best is slinging things out    de fide a

Portrait of end-it-all decorum    rusty

Dreams    I remember the knock-down

Praises    those futures touching wood

Active Ingredient

What’s coming through?    who can tell

Precisely what    for her it was voices

singing and no-one there    beyond this

Present order and last rehearsals    only

Interference down the line can possibly

Hold the key    though it’s taken a long

time getting here    the ‘vagaries’ seem

To agree to handling    raising the price

Harsh Encounters

Opposition forces are currently in melt-

Down and light from the long-handled

torch is beginning to flicker    this isn’t

So much ‘exhibiting’ as undercutting the

source     at home in limboland there’s a

Respectable depth in all you see    I am

just one of the elders grappling with a

Storm wanting it over wanting it again
